So earlier this week I posted about a friend who was looking for people to test out robots at Technocopia. My mini and I went, and hung out.
I gotta say, it's pretty amazing. They have an open night where you can go check it out. "Every Thursday night from 7:30-10p is "Open Hack Night" where members and non members alike are invited to come and work on their personal projects and check out the space. ... We offer members a wide range of tools such as 3D printers, CNC routers, CNC laser cutter, electronics work stations, wood workshop, and sewing machines."
I seriously can't say enough. You can't leave your kids there, you'd have to stay, but, you'll want to stay. Kevin (owner) was telling us about how they're currently working on a robot that can do brain surgery from across the globe. Whoever told you "it's not possible", lied.
